- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop and implement menus and promotions that meet customer demands.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are in place and adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must, with proficiency in English also required.
- Competitive salary package, including a basic salary of $4,500 USD per month, plus bonuses and benefits.
- Annual vacations and holidays: 30 working days for the enjoyment, including 18 vacation days and 12 holidays.
- Voluntary tip credit card at discretion: Equal distribution of credit card tips between the Food & Beverage team, subject to local taxes.
- One-month salary bonus paid in December.
- Private local health insurance and Family Platinum.
- Accommodation housing allowance of $1,000 USD.
- One annual round trip air ticket, destined for vacation trips in economy class to the country of origin.
- Meals within the facilities of the company for employees, during working hours and accessible on days off.
- Expenses for Visa authorization paid by the hotel.
Total package approx $77,000 USD per year, including housing and bonus.
