  • Conocimiento del Menú: Tener un sólido entendimiento de los conceptos del outlet y las ofertas de alimentos y bebidas, siendo capaz de comunicarlos de manera efectiva a los huéspedes.
  • Preparación y Limpieza: Asegurar que la mise en place esté lista de un turno a otro y durante el servicio, incluyendo tareas de limpieza en áreas de servicio y de preparación.
  • Atención al Cliente: Entregar un servicio excepcional al comprender y anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes.
  • Actitud Profesional: Realizar todas las tareas de manera amigable, cortés y eficiente.
  • Ventas Adicionales: Promover servicios y productos a los huéspedes, mejorando la experiencia y generando ingresos adicionales.
  • Facturación: Ejecutar tareas relacionadas con la facturación de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel y las políticas de caja.
