  • Assist in all aspects of the lumber manufacturing process, including setup, changeover, automation, workflow optimization, yield rates, reliability, and overall machine center efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include rotating shifts, overnight shifts, and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing setting or 4 years of military service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Computer networking skills, including the ability to review coding and adjust configurations as necessary.
