Job Description

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Front Office professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain a clean and well-organized working area, adhering to Sofitel standards.
  • Communication: Utilize effective telephone etiquette and communicate with guests in a professional manner.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, respecting hotel procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Share daily activity highlights with supervisors and managers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Conduct a proper cashier closer, ensuring accurate financial records and a smooth handover between shifts.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and be aware of forged currency and travelers checks.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a thorough understanding of the Fidelio management system and hotel facilities operating hours.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in rotating within the Front Office Department and performing various tasks.
