Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bell Attendant to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guest Services
  • Deliver guests' luggage, messages, and other items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Personalize guests' orientation of their room, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Lobby Presence
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, serving as an ambassador for the property and brand.
  • Offer exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests.
Team Collaboration
  • Work cohesively with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  1. Service Focus
  • A service-focused personality is essential for this role.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant in a Front Office environment.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation are required.
Teamwork
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
