Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Diqa Properties. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the executive team, including preparing letters, quotations, and property management agreements.
  • Manage and maintain appointment diaries, both manually and electronically.
  • Organize and attend meetings, ensuring accurate minutes of meetings (MOM) are maintained.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective orders.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's culture, products, and business initiatives, reflecting this in daily performance.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate and property management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to relocate to Sharjah or willingness to relocate.
