Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely completion of all internal governance procedures.
  2. Identify opportunities for bidding and contribute to the decision-making process regarding which bids to pursue.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop a clear and compelling winning strategy for each bid.
  4. Coordinate and produce high-quality responses to RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs, including research, technical content, graphics, page layout, and design.
  5. Develop a comprehensive bid plan to guarantee the timely submission of each proposal and monitor progress.
  6. Liaise with colleagues across departments and time zones to deliver a successful submission.
  7. Create engaging document designs to convey a strong visual impression of the company.
  8. Oversee the production of documents by managing layout and printing processes.
  9. Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
  10. Promote continuous improvement through post-bid reviews with customers and internally.
  11. Develop proposals for clients in response to major bids and Requests for Proposals as part of Via Medica International's services.
  12. Establish key procedures for Major Projects, Bids, and RFP responses, consisting of clear guidelines and procedures for stakeholders' input and approvals.
  13. Track and manage Via Medica International's bid pipeline effectively.
  14. Prepare clear, actionable reports and summary tables for the Chief Commercial Officer as necessary.
  15. Represent Via Medica International at trade shows and seminars.
