About the Role:

The Estimation Manager will play a critical role in the success of our contracting projects. As a key member of our estimation team, you will be responsible for leading the estimation and tendering process.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies based on project requirements and client needs.
  • Lead and manage the preparation of cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, and MEP works.
  • Collaborate with technical, procurement, planning, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely cost proposals.
  • Participate in bid clarification meetings, negotiations, and post-tender follow-ups.
  • Maintain a cost database and historical pricing records for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost estimation/tendering.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market pricing.
  • Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale project tenders.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in estimating for projects valued over 100 million AED.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and local contract regulations.
