Job Summary:

To supervise and engage with children in a fun and secure environment, ensuring their well-being and happiness. Responsibilities include organizing activities, maintaining the play area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize activities and events for kids.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently in critical situations.
  • Participate in up-selling and suggestive selling.
  • Escalate any risks or issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-12 years.
  • Ability to use POS software.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Training Certificate in Attendant soft play area.
