**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to be the face of our shared workspace community. As a Front Office Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional member experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk operations. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, handling inquiries, managing workspace reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be a part of The Zentral community.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming Members and Guests.
- Managing Workspace Reservations.
- Assisting with Member Inquiries.
- Handling Mail and Packages.
- Member Support.
- Maintaining Front Desk Operations.
- Coordinating Events.
- Safety and Security.
- Collaborating with Team.
- Update reports in CRM.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or High School diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in the Co-working Space,
Hospitality, Aviation Industry.
- Exposure to CRM(preferably HubSpot), excellent communication, E-Mail drafting skill and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive community environment.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday.
- Working Hours: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm(Shift time depending on requirement)
- Receptionist from Hospitality or Aviation Industry: 1 year (required)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
