**Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Sales**
**Job Summary**: The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the organization. This role involves interacting with visitors, handling inquiries, managing incoming calls and providing general administrative support to various departments. Plus you will be rewarded with incentives or commission for every new client you bring to the company.
Only Females of Asian and Philippine nationalities are preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and maintain visitor logs.
- **Phone Management**:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle inquiries and provide information accurately.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate mail distribution and courier services.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Handle complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
**Working Conditions**: The role primarily operates in an office environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and occasional standing.
