**Position Summary**:Prepare a variety of business correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Maintains time and material reports and related record keeping. Provides general clerical assistance, including scheduling meetings, filing, copying, pick up and distribution of mail, delivery of messages, etc. Maintains supervisor's calendar, periodically schedules appointments. Compiles and computes data for routine business reports. Maintains office supplies, files and records. Provide other administrative support for Corporate Supply Department, as needed.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Screens telephone calls, greets visitors, and relays messages to appropriate parties
- Provides clerical assistance, including filing, copying, pick up and distribution of mail, delivery of messages, etc.
- Maintains supervisor's calendar, periodically schedules appointments
- Produces business correspondence, reports, forms and related materials
- Compiles and computes data for routine business reports
- Maintains office supplies
- Maintains files and records
- Maintains time and material reports and related record keeping
- Business Unit/Area specific customer reporting
- Coordinate Vehicle/Truck Registration along with replacing/maintaining fuel cards. Interacts with Corporate Fleet Manager as needed.
- Manages Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) records including tracking and managing Personal Protective Equipment (such as shoes & glasses and associated reimbursements), Drug Kits, and HSE Training logistics (room reservations, meals, etc.).
- Code non Purchase Order invoices, such as phone bills, utilities, uniforms, answering service, oil, hotel bills, thru company information systems.
- Requires employee to constantly type and use a computer and other office equipment, such as copier, printer, calendar, telephones, etc.

**Required Education**
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and PC skills
- 3-5 years of administrative experience

**Physical Demands**

Must be able to communicate and respond to coworkers, customer, vendors, suppliers and emergency cues/alarms, in person and on the telephone, including use of mobile devices

Must wear all required PPE, including fire-retardant clothing, helmets, face shields, hearing protection, safety goggles, steel-toed boots, as applicable.
