Overview: As an Executive Chef at Jamanvar, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, menu development, food quality, and kitchen management. You will lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
**Menu Development**: Create innovative and diverse menus that align with client preferences, dietary needs, and culinary trends.

**Kitchen Management**: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**Food Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency across all dishes and events.

**Inventory and Cost Management**: Manage inventory levels, control food costs, and work within budgetary constraints without compromising on quality.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and event planning teams to understand client needs and ensure seamless execution of catering events.

**Vendor Relations**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and equipment.

**Leadership**: Motivate, mentor, and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Adherence to Regulations**: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the catering industry.
- Strong culinary expertise with a diverse repertoire and a keen understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and inspire a culinary team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food cost control, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to different client preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in a high-volume catering environment.
- Certification from recognized culinary institutions is a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
