- Participate in pre-event meetings and site visits to understand event logistics and client expectations.
- **Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated on culinary trends, new techniques, and ingredients to bring fresh and exciting ideas to the menu.
- Continuously strive to enhance and elevate the overall culinary experience for clients.
- **Budget Management**:

- Collaborate with the management team to set and manage budgetary goals for the culinary department.
- Monitor and control costs related to food and labor to achieve financial objectives.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local health department regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant guidelines.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a catering or high-volume food service environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent menu planning and development abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
