Product Data Administrator

1. Analyze and compile the list of parts required to GO-LIVE on the website & physical catalogue on a monthly basis.

2. Coordinate with the purchasing team to gather the list of new products & obsolete added on ERP, & action them on both the physical catalogue and website periodically.

3. Tag items as clearance or until stock items and deactivate them from the website & catalogue, based on ERP product data analysis to maintain alignment on a monthly basis.

4. Collect product information, including descriptions, specifications - technical & general, drawings, product images, weight, dimensions, and HS codes, from suppliers and internal databases.

5. Convert the collected product data into HTML format, including Optimized titles, descriptions, and technical specifications in HTML, and periodically upload it to the website. 6. Organize, maintain, write, and edit product title and descriptions in structured format, ensuring consistency across all catalogue entries (physical & digital) to guarantee clarity and accuracy.

7. Prepare and regularly update stock and price upload templates as per Magento guidelines on the website.

9. Collaborate closely with designers and the marketing team to monitor and update changes, as well as all necessary data work for physical catalogue before their annual launch.

10. Optimize top product landing pages with enhanced product details (such as videos, additional images, technical information) to improve conversion rates based on stock aging and sales history.

11. Update the website regularly to list all in-stock warehouse items and future in purchase items.

12. Conduct price list analysis from suppliers with the existing catalogue database to identify USL & Obsolete that need to be added on website & physical catalogue every year before its annual launch.

13. Manage website administration tasks, including content management, troubleshooting, and updates, to ensure website functionality is maintained.

14. Conduct regular audit reports to enhance user experience, including navigation, checkout process, mobile optimization, and loading speed.

15. Perform regular audits of catalogue data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue data meets stakeholder needs.

Experience Required:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity in catalogue content.
- Prior experience in product catalogue management or e-commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems is preferred.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in data entry with strong skills in Excel and related software tools.
