**What you will do**
The pre-sales manager is a key role directly reporting to General Manager - BTS for GCC (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait) and will be based in Dubai office. You will be responsible for leading the pre-sales team, Security Systems driving the growth of Install & Service businesses for Building Technology and Solutions.
As a Pre-sales Manager your role will include supporting sales leaders planning sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of JCI solutions and will be responsible for the entire bid planning activities in coordination with internal stakeholders and leadership. You will also assess, develop pre-sales processes for continuous improvement and streamline the activities across the departments.
Your area of focus will cover security systems such as CCTV, Access Control System, Intrusion, Intercom System, Analytics, People counting systems and related network solutions.
**How you will do it**
As an experienced Pre-sales manager-Security System, you will use your knowledge and product experience to guide, and mentor the pre-sales team to develop right solutions exceeding our customer expectation and emphasize on the value proposition of JCI wide product portfolio. You will be also involved in mega and complex projects to ensure the submission quality and timely delivery.
As a Pre-Sales Manager you are encouraged to handle complicated technical requirement of existing sites and provide optimized retrofit solutions to our customers.
As a Pre-Sales Manager for Security Systems, you will lead the critical technical interactions with the customer throughout the sales lifecycle of a project. Pre-sales team will be accountable for demonstrating the solution, handling customer technical requirements, leading technical workshops and proof of concepts implementation in alignment with Sales and Operations teams, and driving optimized solutions to enable organization winning. You will be involved in acquiring internal approvals for bids as per JCI policies in coordination with different stakeholders.

**What we look for**
**Required**
- Degree/Diploma - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentations
- Minimum 15 Years’ experience in Controls Estimation within UAE.
- Minimum of 7 years leading a team of estimators
- Knowledge of both Install and Retrofit businesses
- Excellent knowledge of different security brands
- Holding certifications in Security Systems
- Security Regulatory (Such as MCC, SIRA, MOISSD)
- Track record of problem solving in complicated situation
- Excellent vendors relation management, specifically in UAE / GCC regions.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, Visio and AutoCAD tools.
- Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer focused approach
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of involvement in successful mega and complex projects in the region.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal leaders and executives
