**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer

**Macro**:To provide overall Freight solutions to customers based on their needs and requirements in line with our capabilities and infrastructure**.**

**Micro**:To study their business model in terms of trade into their core markets, create solutions using Air, Land and Ocean freight movements and/or a combination of either of these Freight product(s)
- **People**

**Macro**: Arrange appropriate and helpful assignments, formal training, or other experiences for the purpose of fostering a person’s learning and development. (Could include career planning)

**Micro**:Understands and identifies a training or developmental need and establishes new programs or materials to meet the CMT’s better understand Freight needs of customer(s) including handling of freight inquiries, Working out an official proposal in line with Aramex legal requirements, Etc.
- **Operations**

**Macro**:To provide an excellent Operational support to CMT’s and Customers in terms of Freight product(s). Initiate and Implement Freight SOP’s across the station.

**Micro**:Allocate and manage the given resources efficiently. Support the sales teams and customers by joining visits during times of discrepancy or service levels KPI meetings.
- **Financial Results**
- **Macro**:Directly responsible for budget and P&L of the station Freight product.
- **Micro**:In coordination with Finance team, Work out Sales teams budget and allocate the budgets for each of local Branches in terms of Year over Year forecast and the expected growth for that specific year.

**Typical duties included are but not limited to**:

- Coordinate with the Country Manager to set the product targets.
- Discuss with the CMT leaders the targets of their teams making sure that the total team targets are higher or equal to the station target.
- Achieve the set product target
- Agree with the Country manager on a sales and pricing strategy for the product.
- Communicate the sales and pricing strategy to the CMT and ensure they abide by it.
- Develop effective sales and communication materials that will enhance the development of the product in the market place. This is done in coordination with the Marketing team at the station and/or the GSO.
- Coordinate with the region product manager on all regional accounts, operation changes and updates needed
- Report the status of the product to the country manager on a monthly basis.
- Train and support the CMT and ensure that they are selling the product effectively.
- Visit clients with the CMT on a regular basis. This is especially important when the client has a special project and requires the expertise of the product manager.
- Help the CMT resolve any operational related problem.
- Provide the Country Manager and the CMT with effective market data. This may include information about the competition, upcoming projects, product statistics and product profitability reports, etc.
- Participate in product exhibitions where his potential customers visiting or participating.
- Strive to continuously learn about the product and transfer this knowledge to the Country Manager and the CMT’s.
- Negotiate the best rates with the airlines, trucking agencies and other suppliers.
