**B2B SALESPERSON - NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKER**

**Main responsibilities**:
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B customers by maintaining close relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Prospect potential new B2B customers by identifying sales opportunities and establishing contacts with key decision-makers.

Understand customers' needs, propose solutions adapted to their requirements and negotiate advantageous commercial contracts.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics, etc.) to ensure effective coordination in the management of customer accounts.

Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and new industry trends to maximize sales and meet targets.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and/or services offered by the company and be able to present them convincingly to customers.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts and results achieved.

**Skills required**:
At least 3 years' professional experience as a B2B salesperson, preferably in the telephony sector but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Arabic, mother tongue.

Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting business relationships with customers.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Good negotiation skills and ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Results orientation and ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.

Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Knowledge of sales techniques and sales cycle management.

Mastery of IT tools (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Working days and hours: from Monday to Thursday / 9am to 7pm
