Responsibilities
- Need to filter and prioritize schedules, meetings, phone calls, and communicate as necessary.
- Calendar Management for the Chairman.
- Co-ordinate with all parties for achieving all task management successfully.
- Attending meetings with the Chairman and record the Minutes of Meeting for further actions.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Maintaining high level confidentiality.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Managing the Chairman’s appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Researching and retrieve data and to prepare documents for review and do further action.
- Skills on various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming mails and calls and do the necessary actions with the guidance of the Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree/PA diploma or certification is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
