**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES FOR LOGISTICS ASSISTANT**
Handling Import & Export, Sea, Air and Land customs documentation and clearance.
Coordinating with the forwarders, Warehouse and drivers for the day-to-day activities and import and export documentation.
Export Saif Zone Customs documentation processing and clearance
GCC returns shipment processing bill of entry and clearance, submits documents to the customs office for refund, and follow up on them till the refund is received
Processing Bills in Sharjah and Dubai customs portals.
Daily Inbound shipments bill processing in the Sharjah portal and filing the documents.
Prepare the Saif zone Gate pass in the Sharjah portal after receipt of the final DC sales invoice.
Gate Pass Weekly report Submission to Customs
DC return shipment report update Excel report.
Coordinating with the driver and customs authorities for Inspection and conducting physical inspection for internal transfers and inbound and outbound shipments.
Submitting customs documents to the customs on time
Processing internal transfer documents in Sharjah Portal from Nabeel to TSOD, Ranya Entities’
Communicating with customs officer and superior officer for Logistics day-to-day activities.
Customs stock is maintained as per the bill of entry.
TSOD BOE IN and OUT ENTY Stock Excel updates.
Scanning bill of entries and Updating bill of entries on bamboo for audit and price approval purposes
Preparing price approval if required.
Another task as assigned by the Line Manager.
**Requirement**
Should be hands-on experience in using computers and should be able to communicate in Hindi and English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
