**Import and Export Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for customs clearance.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to optimize shipping and transportation processes.

**Negotiations**:

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

**Compliance**:

- Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
- Ensure adherence to import/export compliance standards and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance.

**Cost Management**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize logistics expenses.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.

**Supply Chain Visibility**:

- Develop and implement systems to provide real-time visibility into the supply chain.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and transportation management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have good knowledge about MOFAIC Attestation, Container tracking in Dubai trade, Delivery Order collection, Bill of Entry Process, Customs clearance procedure for Tiles and Sanitary wares

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics (GCC): 2 years (required)
