**Job Summary**:
A Service Admin Coordinator provides necessary support to the Service Sales team. S/He will be a reference point for colleagues by keeping schedules, and providing feedback, documentation and information.

**Location**: Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales service by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bsc.BA in business administration or relevant field.
- Proven Experience in this field.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes**:

- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu or Tamil.
