Call Center/customer Service Representative

As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative at GorgeStar Global Logistics LLC, your primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously. Here is an overview of your key responsibilities and requirements:
**Responsibilities**:
**Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns, shipping issues, delivery inquiries, and other logistics-related matters in a timely and efficient manner.
**Information Dissemination**: Provide clients with information regarding shipment status, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and other logistics processes.
**Order Processing**: Assist clients with order placement, order tracking, and managing changes to existing orders.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, including detailed notes of conversations and follow-up actions.
**Client Support**: Offer clients support and guidance, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of logistics services available and how to best utilize them.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
**Experience**: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
**Customer-Centric Approach**: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client issues efficiently.
