- **Customer Interaction**: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- **Order Processing**: Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback to improve service processes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality standards.

### **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
