**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Head of Sales with proven international management experience to join our team. The role will be to manage and build the sales team/organisation within the MENA region, and as a member of the senior leadership team to be responsible for all aspects of sales and implement and lead a motivated and hardworking sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and hiring a team of outstanding sales representatives
- Develop an inclusive and sustainable high-performance culture with a team first mentality, mixed with high levels of personal accountability where people love their work and regularly exceed targets
- Lead from the front by continually taking an active role in winning strategic accounts
- As the role develops and you build out the sales management layer
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
- You will help design and define the sales pipeline and realistic revenue targets for the business and sales team
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Maximising new business development opportunities
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the CEO and CFO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Enable sales improvements and examining growth opportunities
- Implementing sales strategies that coincides with the business’ visions and goals.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Be great at public speaking. We are often asked to give our opinions on all things relating to digital ID verification and as part of the senior leadership team you will be required to inspire those around you.
**Skills and Experience**
Ø Ideally min 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ø Experience of working in digital identity space/KYC onboarding Space is preferable otherwise experience in working in a similar role in a technology company
Ø Experience in building SaaS or Enterprise Software sales teams with clear demonstration of success
Ø Regularly surpassed revenue targets and proven track record of scaling a business
Ø Can bring opportunities to the company on day one
Ø A roll up your sleeves and get business done mentality with excellent sales process skills and disciplines
Ø Ability to work under pressure
Ø Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
