Administrators perform key activities regarding planning, control, and organization in the workplace. Effective office administration acts as a connecting link between the workforce and senior management, and thus boosts staff confidence, morale and motivation. Because of the broad nature of work, office administrator picks up multiple skills as they gain more and more experience.
- Liaising with an organization's internal departments and communicating with the general public.
- Making arrangements and scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Performing day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties in office environments.
- Reporting to management, drafting documents and entering data, and scheduling appointments.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing personalized support for other employees in their office.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
