**Job Description**:
ENGLISG PERFECT
Maintain a filing system of all relevant documents and records.
Responsible for managing documents such as receiving, processing and storing documents related to the Company.
Handle front office reception duties such as answering phone calls, preparing meeting rooms for conferences, welcoming guests.
Provide support to other administrative tasks such as typing, and photocopying of documents.
Adhere to any other duties requested by the supervisor.
Manage office supplies.
Supervise office support staff and manage TECNICIAN movements.
Receive and record all incoming correspondence/invoices.
Dispatch all forms of external correspondence.
Attend to visitors/business associates and respond to queries.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - commerce, management, business administration or the equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Competent IT skills, including experience of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: From AED2,700.00 per month
