Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**In this role, you will**:
This role is a key member of the Digital Channels team, reporting to the Digital Acquisition Manager, in WPB UAE and will be accountable for supporting the delivery of ambitious commercial growth in Digital performance, measured by the Digital KPIs, with a particular focus on Digital Sales.
The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Digital Acquisition Manager in:

- Driving Digital Acquisition and Sales Journey Transformation activities across the public websites and mobile app.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of Digital Commercialisation programs, marketing consulting, data analysis and complex problem solving, while working closely with the global digital and analytics teams.
- Identify key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate. - Ensuring that all HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise.

**The role holder will also;**
- Initiate and build new partnerships with affiliates and aggregators to drive digital sales, aligned to achieving digital targets in line with market mandate
- Develop relevant and effective content that will drive digital acquisition through affiliates and aggregator partnerships.
- Ensure the digital fulfilment journeys from these partnerships are seamless, well managed and deliver on agreed results
- Create a healthy and professional working relationships with key stakeholders within Legal, Compliance and wider WPB team
- Provide best in class reports accompanied by insights and recommendations.
- Measure and report performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Drive media efficiency and cost control across digital partnerships
- Establish and maintain a robust and efficient control environment across digital partnerships to ensure good operational, financial and project management and compliance with HSBC policy and procedures, together with early identification and effective resolution of any issues that may arise

The role holder will be expected to build strong relationships across both global and local market teams.
To be successful, the individual must be passionate about creating a digital first mind-set across front-line, product teams and customers, as well as be exceptional at complex problem solving and change delivery. The role holder should also be passionate about customer journey optimization and transforming the digital channel into a high performing sales distribution channel.
Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:
**Knowledge / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree is must to obtain visa in UAE
- Customer obsessed, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines. - Understanding and knowledge of paid media advertising an advantage
- Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding track record with a digital business and transforming digital sales.
- Experience with A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing solutions. Experience with personalisation projects or programs an advantage.
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe product suite, Tealium or relatable MI and analysis tools.
- Strong Commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factor
