We are looking a well seasoned, experienced, well-connected and dynamic individual to join our team and operate from our office in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates, as Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Acquisition**: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector, backed by the strong network of references.
- **Revenue Sustenance and Assurance**: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new business acquisitions and fostering lucrative partnerships.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and market presence.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the travel and tourism industry specifically in the UAE.
- Wide network of industry contacts, references and allies, who will play a vital role in monetization of market opportunity, in the shortest span of time from landing the job.
- Ability to procure, curate and design unmatchable travel deals from B2B and other vendors in the industry, and sell effectively in targeted customer bases who match the desired profiles.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large business accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and data to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
