Geotechnical Operations Administrator

Acting as the liaison between office and field teams, assisting on personnel and equipment documentation and creating purchase requests for geotechnical maintenance and spare parts.

Job responsibilities:
- Coordination with offshore staff.- Maintain and update the project safety matrix for marine and project crew.- Preparing reports;- Processing and managing data using spreadsheets, in-house programs and Fugro’s SharePoint platforms;- Liaising with site staff, clients, engineers and sub-contractors in order to confirm project progress and check that project delivery deadlines will be met;- Uploading data to MS Teams and SharePoint Sites.- Creating purchase requests for geotechnical maintenance and spare parts.

You bring (qualifications & experience)- Strong administration background;- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint;- A logical approach to work;- Highly organised;- Strong communication skills;- Passionate about learning new skills and about the world of earth sciences.
