**Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions in the company, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor law.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports related to HR activities.
- Establish and maintain employee records.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, including regulations on working hours, overtime, vacation, gratuity, and end of service benefits.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
