Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities_**

As an Executive within our corporate Talent & Culture team, your primary responsibility is to ensure that continued learning is fully supported and prioritized. This includes overseeing the administration and business support of the Accor Academy Learning network across the Middle East and Africa regions. Your role will focus on coordinating and managing all Learning Programs and providing administrative support to Accor Hotels Academy, Middle East & Africa, which is based in the Dubai Regional Office. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and management of various learning initiatives, as well as providing administrative assistance to support the smooth functioning of the Academy.

Experience, Technical Skills & Knowledge _**
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of the organization's learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Manage the administration and business support of the organization's learning network, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of learning events.
- Provide administrative assistance to AccorHotels Academie, Middle East & Africa, based in the Dubai Regional Office, including managing records, coordinating logistics, and supporting program evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements based on feedback and evaluation data.
- Maintain accurate records of learning activities, attendance, and training outcomes, and generate reports as needed for management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and trainers to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to learning and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or talent and culture administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and department functionalities.
