**Qualification**:
- HR Assistant will work full-time and perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations relating to benefits, systems, and compliance.
- Conduct audits and reviews reports.
- Process changes relating to terminations and new hires.
- Assist with compliance audits and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Admin files, records, and documentation
- Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- **Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practices with sensitive information.**:
- **Proficient with Outlook, Word, and** **Excel**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
