**Administrative assistant responsibilities**:
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties. Provide general support to visitors
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- General office management such as ordering stationary etc.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
**Administrative assistant requirements**:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative services or related field
- Fresher’s can also apply
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous
- Should be available in **Fujairah** for immediate joining
