What are the key deliverables of this role? Customer Business / Commercial Development
- Develop the Sales Plan for Abu Dhabi Competitor retail working with the General Manager and implement the Sales plan effectively.
- Ensure coverage of Competitor Retail Stores and meet with key influencers with a clear agenda and desired outcome.
- Monitor the RSP for key our brands on a regular basis and promptly redress any variations.
- Deliver for each Competitor Retail shop in Abu Dhabi
- Sales budget
- P&L Contribution budget
- Category budget and sales development plan
- Support Budget
- Produce and publish
- Depletions report for key our Brands
- Our & Competitor RSP Pricing report Build brand equity of key our Brands
- Working with the Category Marketing team,
- Develop and implement the promotional calendar for key our brands to drive volumes, ensure desired levels of visibility and distribution and ensure top of mind consumer brand recall.
- Implement the promotional plans and all consumer activities ensuring Marketing collateral is delivered on time
- Work closely with the Stores to efficiently utilise all available and allocated Marketing support
- Conduct a regular audit to track the amount of shelf space allocated to our brands in each competitor retail outlet
- Negotiate and manage effective display and visibility for our brands
- Maximize share of real estate for our Brands by constantly looking for hot spots and new spaces for maximizing brand visibility through effective negotiation and relationships
- Track visibility for our brands versus competitor brands Agency Rights
- Use the product checking plan to regularly trace codes of parallel supplies and feed back to the General Manager.

- Ensure collections are done as per company policy ensuring maximum cash flow.
- Review selling price to customers with a view of ensuring optimal margins.
- Ensure that price changes are communicated within the defined period through appropriate communication channels. Build strong partnerships
- Build strong relationships across different levels within the Competitor Retail Customer base, with the intent of creating high levels of engagement and commitment to A&E.

- RSP Targets
- Margins targets
- A&P cost
- Marketing activation: On time/ in full/ and with excellence of the promotional calendar.
- Developing exceptional customer engagement levels
- Ensuring customer journey plans and service standards for Stores Obtaining product codes to track parallel stock
- Ability to build business partnerships.

- He / she should be a graduate.
- 4 - 5 years substantial Sales experience preferably in an FMCG company handling modern trade
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ability to reach out to a range of audiences through presentations and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
