We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in the UAE, responsible for driving sales of premium security solutions in a competitive market.

**Overview**:
As the Key Account Manager for Security Solutions, your primary responsibility will be developing and managing key accounts in the UAE. You will leverage your expertise in the security industry to establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring their security needs are met with Siemens' high-quality products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
- Trusted Advisor: Establish strong customer relationships based on your deep understanding of their security requirements and your commitment to delivering value. Build a foundation for future business opportunities and provide accurate account information and guidance.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of the UAE security market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, to remain a trusted advisor to customers.
- Territory Leadership: Contribute to the development of the designated territory, including account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- Business Planning: Collaborate on the development and delivery of comprehensive business plans that address customer priorities and security challenges.

**Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management**:

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated and well-managed sales pipeline, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Closing Deals: Execute the sales strategy and roadmap to successfully close opportunities. Collaborate with sales management on negotiation strategies.
- Competitive Positioning: Understand Siemens' competition and effectively position our security solutions against them.
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate customer and pipeline information.

**Your Qualifications and Skills - Expertise and Excellence**
- 10+ years of experience in sales of security solutions, including CCTV, access control, VMS and central command center technologies.
- Proven track record in selling security solutions in the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of local security trends and requirements in both the private and public sectors in the UAE.
- Experience in managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Business level English: Mandatory, Fluent
- Local language (Arabic): Fluent, Business Level
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
