Project Administrator

As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing specialized administrative support to executive, administrative, and managerial teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing projects from order receipt to closure, performing project booking and performance analysis in ERP, and assisting the Project Manager and management team in project cost allocation and control.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide project specific and general administrative support services to Project Managers and other project and operations staff.
- Oversee and provide administration of a customer order from receipt through project set-up to project closure.
- Ensure assigned projects are maintained in the company business systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers in relation to specific project matters as required and as directed by the Project Manager.
- Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
**The Individual**
- UAE Nationality is required for this role.
- Previous experience in an administration role preferable
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Proactive attitude, availability and flexibility
- Demonstrates punctuality, precision, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys direct or telephone contact with people and conveys a genuine interest, passion, and desire to contribute to the company's success.
