**_Job Specific Responsibilities:_**
- Create and manage eLearning users accounts, groups and permissions.
- Provide technical support to all users, teachers, students, and administrators.
- Verify functionality of eLearning components; lessons; activities, assessments, resources and libraries.
- Review assessments and content to ensure proper alignment to learning objectives.
- Generate daily educational and technical reports.
- Communicate with both IT and Education teams to report issues and get them solved.
- Design simple script and protocol related to file transfers and content management.
- Perform a wide variety of IT based eLearning duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under pressure of time sensitive deadlines.
- Identify and implement various software that enhance student learning experience
- Coordinate, support, implement on projects that require assistance in Gsuite tools, classroom management software and other software
- Provide training and support on Gsuite Tools, classroom management tools
- Coordinate and implement URL filtering policy for all schools
- Provide training for end-users/IT team on software implemented in schools
- Identify and update procedures of User administration, URL filtering, GSuite configuration based on the current policies
- Act as a link between end users and third party vendor
- Troubleshoot issues with Chromebook accounts and
- Resolve tickets related to user administration, Gsuite settings and policies, and URL filtering
- **_Educational Qualification:_**
- BSc degree or diploma in computer science or related specialization
- ITIL foundation
- Google Administrator
- MCSE
- **_Experience:_**
- 3-5 years’ experience in using and maintaining LMS environments such as Blackboard, Moodle, or Canvas etc. as administrator.
- Experience as google administrator for a medium to large organization.
- Application administration experience.
- Chromebook or windows device management platform administration experience.
- Project coordination experience.
- **_Essential Skills:_**
- Proven working experience in providing IT services and project coordination.
- Ability in managing LMS environments such as Blackboard, Moodle, or Canvas etc. as administrator.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under pressure of time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to provide technical support and training to eLearning system user and IT service desk.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English/Arabic speaking.
- GSuite administrator certification
- Google educator Level 1 & 2
- Experience with different programming languages ( Javascript, Python, PHP) 1-3 years
- Full stack development experience (React, NodeJs, mongodb stack) 1 year
- Experience with different OS ( Windows, Linux ) 1 year
- Scripting knowledge ( Using Python, Javascript) 1 year

**Salary**: AED7,999.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
