- Conduct reference checks and coordinate trial days or tasting sessions, if applicable, for culinary positions.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop role-specific criteria.
- Provide insights and advice on F&B market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- **Onboarding & Retention**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to employee retention strategies, focusing on the unique aspects of the F&B workforce.
- **Compliance & Best Practices**:

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
