In support of these principles, we are detailing the responsibilities for the role of HR Officer - Recruitment.
**Responsibilities**:
**Job Posting and Sourcing**:
- Create compelling job postings and utilize various sourcing channels.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, including internal advertisements and Open Days.
- Coordinate interviews to identify top talent.
**Interview Process Management**:
- Facilitate effective collaboration with hiring managers.
**Offer Negotiation and Administration**:
- Facilitate offer negotiations and coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including visa control, accommodation booking, IT setup, and phone allocation.
**Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:
- Control headcount budget and provide weekly reporting to department heads on the status of vacant positions.
- Monitor and report on related visa processes.
**Employer Branding**:
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand by promoting a positive image.
**Onboarding**:
- Conduct bi-monthly presentations to new staff.
- Facilitate first-day paperwork for seamless onboarding.
**Performance Criteria**:

- Thoroughness and accuracy in resume reviews.
- Identification of top talent through effective screening.
**Interview Process Management**:
- Efficient collaboration with hiring managers.

- Timely and accurate coordination of pre-employment checks.
**Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:
- Accuracy in headcount budget control.
- Timely and informative weekly reports to department heads.

- Completion of first-day paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
