While many sectors have embraced it, due to the complexity of data and systems in the car buying process, joining up the dots to create a truly omnichannel experience - seamlessly connecting offline and online worlds - for car buyers has not been possible. Until now.

Leading automotive industry suppliers Autofutura and GForces have recently merged to create an ambitious new group. Together they provide the innovative tools, solutions and services to connect car manufacturer, finance provider, dealer and consumer to streamline the entire customer journey and ultimately sell more cars, improve customer retention and create substantial efficiencies for their customers. In short, the new entity is the interface between its customers and car buyers, enabling scalable online transactions across multiple territories and markets, in one of the most exciting and fast-changing industries in the world.

**The Role**

Working as part of our Dubai team, this role is accountable for the day-to-day management of two very important and proactive automotive clients. These are well-known and respected global brands for which you will be acting as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing the relationships with the OEM as well as their dealer network across the Middle East and beyond. This includes engaging new markets to facilitate their sign-up to the programme whilst providing ongoing account management of existing markets.

The role requires working with the client to build out high performing software and digital marketing solutions therefore you will work closely with all GForces departments including Client Services, Marketing, Product and User Experience to ensure that GForces meet and exceed the demands of the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling the day to day running of the assigned client accounts, maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction
- Pro-actively engaging with senior client stakeholders to ensure they’re informed on the latest product releases, software updates and technology initiatives from across ATG
- Develop excellent relationships both internally and externally that galvanise ongoing business opportunities
- Contribute to the enhancement of the product pipeline and grow monthly revenue through driving product adoption and introducing additional products and services
- Work closely with manufacturer and dealer management teams to achieve strategic and budgetary requirements
- To be the first point of contact for client requests such as report requests, technical issue escalations and general requests for information
- To liaise with the GForces Client Services team to ensure service delivery excellence and liaising with clients and internal GForces teams for quick and appropriate issue resolution
- Providing status reports for clients where required by collating activity relating to outstanding projects and actions
- Support regular, structured client review meetings to enhance communication, highlight ROI and ensure that the account is well managed whilst forging strong relationships
- Accurate management of CRM records for all assigned clients including detailed notes on the relationship, contact points, contact reports, products and monthly opportunity and invoicing
- Monitor and report on applicable market and competitor activities and provide relevant reporting and insight
- Regularly and proactively review client solutions to identify areas of improvement and work with other departments to propose improvements and manage the delivery of accordingly
***Essential Skills**
- An understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to solve problems efficiently to meet targets and expectations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of the client’s digital strategy
- Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients
- A minimum of five years’ experience in sales or account management
- Experience of working in the automotive industry
