**Role Overview**

As an **Account Manager**, you’ll be at the center of it all—leading client relationships, managing integrated campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. **What You’ll Do. Be the Client’s Trusted Partner**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their go-to expert.
- Understand their business challenges and goals, translating them into effective marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic advice and proactively identify opportunities to elevate their campaigns.

**2. Drive Integrated Marketing Excellence**
- Develop and oversee campaigns that integrate advertising, digital, social media, and experiential strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, creative, and effective.
- Present compelling ideas and strategies to clients, earning their trust and buy-in.

**3. Manage the Entire Project Lifecycle**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each meets deadlines and quality standards.

**4. Analyze and Optimize**
- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights and analytics.
- Prepare detailed reports to showcase campaign results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize current and future campaigns.

**5. Own the Financials**
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with client expectations.
- Track expenses, prepare financial reports, and maintain transparency with clients.
- Seek innovative ways to deliver value while maximizing ROI.

**6. Lead and Inspire Teams**
- Act as the main point of communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Encourage collaboration and inspire teams to deliver their best work.

**What You BringExperience**:

- Minimum of **5 years** in account management at a **leading advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agency**.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering successful campaigns.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
