To perform a full spectrum of HR functions and provide effective HR business partnering support to the business units in all HR matters:

- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle - from onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations matters, performance management to off-boarding
- Support all administrative functions for new learner registration and growth of the center
- Provide expert and timely advice to business units on HR policies and procedures
- Foster strong employee communication and engagement with the stakeholders
- Initiate and execute projects for process improvement and/or system enhancements
- Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Business & Human Resource related studies
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Meticulous and organised team player who is able to multi-task in a dynamic working environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices
- Proficient in Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Relevant job experience in International educational settings
- Highly motivated and committed
- Well organised and punctual with a professional attitude to work
- Willing to work as part of a hard-working, dedicated team
- Positive, proactive, with a good sense of humour who is willing to work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the center
- Be an active member of school life and actively subscribe to the ethos of the center
