**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain records, files, and manage daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for operational support.
- Process invoices, petty cash, and assist in basic accounting tasks.
- Ensure a well-organized reception area and maintain office supplies.
- Support HR tasks such as document verification and employee coordination.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare Coffee and things for the guest comes for the meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be on Own Visa** (Freelance, Spouse, or Family Visa preferred).
- Previous experience as an Admin, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
