The **Receptionist cum Admin Assistant** is responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support while also stepping in to fill the role of absent staff, such as a coordinator, office assistant, or other administrative positions. This is a flexible role where the individual must adapt to varying responsibilities and ensure that the office continues to run smoothly during periods of absence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receptionist Duties**: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle mail, maintain office supplies, assist with data entry, and organize documents.
- **Reliever Responsibilities**: Step in for absent staff, manage schedules, delegate tasks, track project progress, and ensure team communication.
- **General Support**: Coordinate office operations, assist with events, and provide team assistance as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
