**Greet Visitors**: Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor. Direct them to appropriate departments or personnel.
- **Manage Phone Calls**: Answer incoming phone calls promptly, route calls, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- **Schedule Appointments**: Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
- **Maintain Front Desk Area**: Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Support office staff with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- **Monitor Office Supplies**: Track and order office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
- **Receive Deliveries**: Manage incoming deliveries and mail, ensuring they are distributed to the correct departments or individuals.
- **Security and Access Control**: Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure that security protocols are followed when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
