IT Support Coordinator

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Triage incoming support requests to our platform, enforcing process compliance and appropriate ticket prioritization
- Provide technical support on and solve routine issues promptly per the department’s Service Level Agreement
- Document solutions for recurring requests and issues, including internal department and end-user documentation, are visible in the self-service portal.
- Ensure timely communication between IT and end-users through continuous status information
- Develop, execute, and document process improvements based on internal trends and best practices
- Maintain documentation of internal processes, system license and upgrade schedules, and vendor contact information
- Develop end-user process documentation and act as a technical resource for other departments in their documentation efforts
- Monitor system logs and alerts to ensure any events requiring attention are responded to promptly
- Coordinate team meetings, managing agendas, and notes while ensuring follow-up items are assigned and communicated appropriately
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Experience working in Information Technology
- Must be able to filter out what needs to be prioritized and decide what problems need to be solved first.
- Be intentional and forward-looking.
- A good teammate who’s willing to help as needed
- Strong project management and time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable
- Strong communicator who can determine the appropriate vehicle and style to communicate complex technical concepts to a largely non-technical audience.
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Curious, positive attitude focused on learning and continuous improvement through taking calculated risks and learning from failures
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
