Key Account Specialist
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain inventory of products (from shipping to receiving)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Manage sales orders, from order placement to delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and inventory transactions
**Handling Key Accounts of Trading Dept.**
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Generate sales among client accounts, including cross-selling/upselling.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Increase sales by preparing order recommendations & Ensuring stores have enough stock.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with Store Managers and the promoter for order fulfillment and updating store managers on the current stock status for placing the order.
- Manage projects like the Implementation of POG in all stores, Plan promotions like Khallas Best Buy Promo every month in line with Category buyer.
- Identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Evaluation of products based on fast-moving products, deletion of slow-moving/ nonmoving items, and addition of items with better alternatives
**Purchase**
- Preparing Purchase Orders for Rust-Oleum, DAP & Pattex, approval from management, and coordinating with the Principal for order processing.
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, and stock levels, overseeing the ordering process to avoid overstocking.
- Encoding orders in the system, and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Monthly submission of Rust-Oleum forecast to the principal.
**Shipments**
- Review complete documentation shared by the principal and update if any changes.
- Coordinating with the shipper for all the documentation until it cleared from the US to UAE and US to DOHA
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
**Sales**
- Handle inquiries, and assist the team with their queries.
- Handling existing clients including Traders and another regular buyers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- MIS reports for Sales and Inventory
- Forecast and track key account metrics (Monthly & quarterly sales results along with annual forecasts)
Assisting marketing and online team with the required information or materials
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in building materials sales
- Experience in operations and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the wood trading industry
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
