**Job Title**:Key Accounts Executive - Ergonomic Products (Retail Distribution)
**Company Overview**:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Key Accounts Executive to join our team and help manage our key client relationships in the Retail Distribution segment.
**Position Overview**:
As the Key Accounts Executive at NAVO, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, while also identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to account management, as well as strong sales, communication, negotiation & marketing skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategies for maximizing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues or concerns.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand NAVO's product offerings and presence within the client's organization.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on account activity, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities for NAVO.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B account management or sales, with experience managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and features.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Pay**:
Salary 4000-6000AED + performance-based incentives. (Negotiable)
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving license (required)
