**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure client satisfaction by actively seeking feedback, tracking client interactions, and following up on service requests.
- Manage and maintain client records, including contact details, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Promote and educate clients on additional products or services that may benefit them.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to enhance service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain patient and composed while dealing with challenging situations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
